Shelf Pulls / Overstock

• May have price tags, stickers, or cosmetic flaws

Mixed Condition Pallets

• Combination of new, used, and damaged items
• No guarantees regarding quantity or functionality

All liquidation merchandise is sold as-is:

• No performance guarantee
• No warranty
• No assurance of completeness
• No guarantee of resale value

3. Manifest Variability (If Provided)

If a manifest is included:

• It is for reference only
• Quantities and item conditions may vary
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy

4. Buyer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers should understand:

• Liquidation items may require repair or refurbishment
• Some items may not be functional
• Salvage items may be included
• Packaging may be damaged or missing
