Yes. Due to the nature of liquidation goods, all sales are final, unless:

These cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.


3. Do you guarantee the condition of items in a pallet?

No. Liquidation pallets may include a mix of:

  • Working items
  • Partially working items
  • Damaged items
  • Items missing parts
  • Items requiring repair

This is standard in the liquidation industry and reflected in our pricing.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Third-party payment processors
  • Direct wire transfer (for bulk and pallet orders)

Checks are not accepted.


5. How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Large pallet orders may require extra prep time depending on warehouse workload.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order ships or is ready for pickup.


6. Do you offer freight shipping?

Yes, pallet orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers.

Freight buyers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Notifying us of liftgate or dock needs
  • Receiving the shipment at the arranged time

Any redelivery or accessorial fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


7. Can I pick up my order?

Yes — local pickup is available by appointment.
