At London Liquidators, we specialize in bulk and pallet sales intended for wholesale buyers and resellers. Due to the nature of bulk liquidation merchandise, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions.

Bulk & Pallet Sales
All products are sold by the pallet or bulk lot only. Individual item sales are not offered.

Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all pallet and bulk purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for individual items within a pallet.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with significant shipping damage or you receive the incorrect pallet, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the pallet and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible cases will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Damage
Minor cosmetic wear, packaging imperfections, or variation in pallet contents are expected in liquidation and bulk merchandise and are not grounds for return or refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
